Autopilot Loop — Unattended, Budget-Gated Backlog Orchestration
Objective: Progress a repository's GitHub backlog unattended for hours: each self-paced cycle checks a usage budget, picks the highest-value unit of work, dispatches cheaper worker agents that take it to a green-CI PR, reviews and merges it as the orchestrator, verifies releases, files follow-ups, and logs every cycle to a pinned tracking issue that doubles as the owner's steering channel
